Cara Mebuat SOURDOUGH CINNAMON ROLLS🌾

  1. Siapkan bahan : refresh ragi 100 % hydration (100 gr starter : 50 gr tepung : 50 gr air) tunggu naik 2x lipat..ambil 150 gr (recipe asli 50:50:50).
  2. Mix susu cair+ telur+ gula pasir + starter 👉aduk rata. Masukkan tepung terigu, susu bubuk👉scrap dng spatula, aduk hingga rata👉tutup, resting 1 jam.
  3. Uleni adonan 👉 Hand Kneading, tambahkan garam, uleni kembali👉Tambahkan butter, uleni sampai kalis elastis (+/_ 10 menit)👉window pane, bulatkan 👉tutup, resting 2 jam.
  4. Setelah mengembang, olesi permukaannya sedikit dng minyak lalu 👉Keluarkan adonan kempiskan adonan perlahan,gilas adonan dng rolling pin perlahan bentuk persegi (jgn terlalu keras), Balik..
  5. Beri ISIAN 👉Olesi dng butter/ mentega, taburi gula jawa iris, beri taburan cinnamon powder, taburi Kismis (optional).
  6. Gulung rapi dr atas ke bawah dan padatkan.Potong jd 8 sama besar👉 tata diloyang yg sdh dioles butter👉tutup, resting 2 jam sampai mengembang 2 x lipat..
  7. Preheat oven 180 °C selama 10-15 menit.Beri olesan (1 kuning telur + 1 sdm susu cair aduk rata), beri taburan CINNAMON POWDER sesaat mau di bake.
  8. Masukkan ke oven, Bake selama 20 menit api atas bawah hingga golden brown..
